The Aerospace Education Corporation will be hosting its 3rd Aviation Career Fair on September 23rd and 24th, 2010. This event will be held at the Main Terminal at Republic Airport in Farmingdale, NY. The goal of this event is to educate middle and high school students about the career paths available in the aerospace industry. The fair is also open to the general public.
AEC is organized as a not-for-profit, 501(c)(3) public charity, as defined in Sections 509(a)(1) and 170(b)(1)(A)(iv) of the Internal Revenue Code. As such, all contributions by individuals and corporations are fully tax deductible.
In order to make this event a success, we do need sponsorships to support the needs of the fair. We appreciate all sponsorships, as this will help contribute to enhancing this career fair. We are estimating this event to be attended by over 2,000 people.
Sponsorship Levels
Platinum - $7,500 or more
- Company signage to be placed on signage throughout the lobby, exhibit hall and lunch area.
- Inclusion of company name in radio ads on all stations of Long Island Radio Group reaching about 1.5 million listeners per week, including: 1100AM WHLI, KJOY 98.3 FM, B103, 94.3 WMJC, WRCN and 96.1 FM.
- Premium placement of company logo and website address on the AEC website.
- Premium placement of company logo and website on the t-shirts.
- Full page ad in the informational packages to be distributed to each attendee.
- Primary host for the cocktail reception. Logo to be included on invites and signage at the cocktail reception held for exhibitors, sponsors, and volunteers.
- Back page or inside front cover ad in aerospace career booklet to be sent to the teachers as a follow up.
Gold Sponsorship - $5,000 or more
- Company logo to be placed on signage throughout the lobby, exhibit hall and lunch area.

- Quarter page ad in a booklet to be sent to the teachers as a follow up .
Bronze Sponsorship - $1,500
- Placement of company logo and website address on the AEC website.
