AEC 1st Aviation Career Fair was held on September 28th and 29th, 2006 at Republic Airport in Farmingdale, NY.  This event was a complete success.  The event was attended by over 850 students and from the public.  There were 20 exhibitors on hand and 10 aircraft that were available on static display.

AEC will be hosting its 2nd Aviation Career Fair on September 25th and 26th, 2008 from 9am -4:30pm. The event will take place at the Republic Airport Main Terminal in Farmingdale, NY (7150 Republic Airport, Farmingdale, NY 11735) The goal of this event is to introduce both middle and high school students to the various careers available in the aviation industry.  Please note this is a career fair and not a job fair, and we can not guarantee that recruiters for all exhibitors will be at the event. 

Volunteers

AEC is looking for volunteers to help us with our 2nd Aviation Career Fair to be held on September 25th and 26th, 2008 at Republic Airport in Farmingdale, NY. 

We need volunteers to guide students, park cars, help with set-up and cleanup, registration, among many other tasks. Please spread the word to your friends and associates, we can use all the volunteers we can get to make this a successful event.  We will also need help on September 24th to assist with setup.
